Every bar starts as a 20 lb loaf of cold-process soap poured in a wooden mould, cut by hand, and left on cedar racks for six weeks before it’s fit to sell. That cure is why they last — a green bar dissolves in a week, a cured one gets you through a month. Ten scents, all built from things that grow north of the 49th.
