Who this works for

Independent shops, outfitters, lodges, coffee places with a shelf, and gift stores that want something on it their customers haven’t seen in three other towns.

It works less well if you need a thousand units next month. Everything is made in 20 lb batches by hand — that’s a real ceiling, not a humblebrag, and it’s better for both of us if we say so up front.

Terms

Wholesale price	50% of MSRP
Opening order	$400 CAD
Reorders	$250 CAD minimum
Case pack	6 per scent for bars, 4 for candles and jars
Lead time	3–4 weeks, longer from October
Payment	Net 30 after the first order; first order prepaid
Shipping	Free over $750 within Canada

Prices are in Canadian dollars. We don’t require exclusivity and we don’t set your retail price, though we’d rather you didn’t discount below MSRP in your first season — it makes the line harder for everyone carrying it.

What sells

If you’re starting with one shelf, the honest answer is that four bars will outsell twelve. Balsam Fir & Birch Tar and Cedar Smoke are consistently first and second. Black Spruce & Sea Salt does well anywhere near water. Add Woodstove in September and it’ll carry you through Christmas.

What we’ll send you

A tester bar of anything you’re carrying, a small kraft display stand, printed scent cards, and the product photography from this site at print resolution.

We don’t do consignment.

October onwards

Q4 is roughly two thirds of the year, and cure time doesn’t compress. Holiday orders need to be placed by the first week of October to ship in November. After that we’re allocating, and we prioritize shops that ordered earlier in the year.
