We answer within two business days, usually the same day. Slower in the first two weeks of December, for reasons that will be obvious.
Before you write
A few things you can probably find faster than we can answer:
- Where’s my order — the tracking link is in your shipping confirmation. If it’s been more than ten business days, write to us and we’ll chase the carrier.
- What’s in it — full ingredient lists sit on every product page.
- Returns — thirty days, unused, and the exceptions are on Shipping & Returns.
- Wholesale terms — on the Wholesale page. Use the form there instead, it asks the right questions.
Things worth writing about
Something irritated your skin. Tell us which product. We refund it, and the information matters more than the refund.
The scent wasn’t what you expected. Scent is hard to describe and we may have described it badly. We’ll swap it.
A plastic-free pump bottle. The lotion pump is the one piece of plastic we still ship and we haven’t found a good replacement. If you know of one, we’d genuinely like to hear it.

Where we are
Northern Ontario. Everything is made and shipped from here.
There’s no storefront — it’s a workshop with cure racks in it, and the insurance is clearer if we don’t have the public wandering through. We do a handful of markets between May and October; dates go up in the Journal.
